ABOUT MOLREC

Welcome to the Molecular Recognition Laboratory, where we are dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and innovation in the field of biophysical studies. Our research group is committed to understand the fundamental principles underlying molecular interactions, and to applying this knowledge to develop new methods.

At the Molecular Recognition Laboratory, we employ a range of cutting-edge techniques and methodologies to investigate the binding interaction processes that underlie biological systems. Our team of experienced researchers work collaboratively to explore the intricate mechanisms of binding, from small molecule binding to biological receptors.

We use a variety of computational tools and techniques, including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and quantum mechanics calculations, to investigate the binding and recognition of molecules. The molecular docking studies allow us to predict the binding sites of small molecules to protein targets, while our molecular dynamics simulations provide insights into the dynamics and flexibility of biomolecules. In addition, we use quantum mechanics calculations to study the electronic properties of molecules and their interactions, which can provide valuable information on the thermodynamics and kinetics of molecular recognition. Through our research, we aim to contribute to the development of new drugs, diagnostic tools, and materials that will improve human health and well-being.

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and facilities such as temperature control UV fluorescence Spectrophotometer, enabling us to conduct cutting-edge research at the forefront of molecular recognition science.

Thank you for visiting the Molecular Recognition Laboratory website. We invite you to learn more about our research, our team, and our mission, and to explore the exciting discoveries that are emerging from our laboratory.
